There were some great relaxation spots like the chill lounge area and a lovely little garden to unwind. The only hiccup was the steep stairs, which made it a bit tricky to get to my room, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker! 😊

Had a great time with friends! The property's location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront. We enjoyed visiting Norwich City Football Club and relaxing nearby. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was awesome that pets are allowed without any animal smells.
Unfortunately, the mattress on one of the beds wasn't very comfortable and could use a replacement.

would book here again
We had the whole top floor with a double and single bedroom. The room was carpeted and had a flat-screen TV. Kitchen included a microwave and dining table. Super clean and great for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect and the price was fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly, especially Karen!

We enjoyed a lovely stay with our family, and the location was perfect for visiting the attractions near the sea front. Our apartment was spacious enough for everyone, and we appreciated the free parking, making it easy to explore the area.
In my wife's opinion, the shower room was cramped and not family-friendly.

I truly admired the hotel's charming Victorian decor, which added character to my stay. The communal areas were well-maintained, and the entire property was easily accessible, making it comfortable for seniors like myself to navigate with ease.
A small fan would enhance room comfort.

Close proximity to the beach, spacious top floor accommodations, beautiful front flowers
Parking is a nightmare!!! The overwhelming smell of dampness and lack of bathroom sink were quite off-putting!!! Fix the shower mixer immediately and update the carpets for a more pleasant atmosphere!!!

You can't beat the location for nabbing local delights like Bernese Fries at Sunshine Cafe or some hearty eats at Las Palmas. The room was decked out nicely, with a spacious lounge and comfy sofa, perfect for chilling after a day out. Plus, the staff were a gem, returning my left belongings like champs!
The en-suite situation had me doing a trek down the stairs for the loo, and the shared toilets were a bit of a let-down. The carpet in the corridor was shabby, but it didn't totally tarnish the overall vibe.

The room was small but tidy and comfy. The bed was okay for one night. I liked the en-suite bathroom and kitchenette setup, had everything I needed. It felt a bit outdated but cozy enough. it was decent, especially for the price.

missingWrote a review on May 23spacious showerbeachfront accesscleanliness issues
The apartment featured a shower that was spacious enough to move around freely, which made getting ready a breeze. Its location right near the beachfront promised convenient access to saltwater and sandy strolls whenever desired.
While the view from my balcony was decent, the noise from the nearby street impacted my tranquility during the night. cleanliness was a notable issue. finding bugs in the bed really dampened the experience, and I had trouble sleeping due to the room's damp smell.
